Live by your inner knowledge and strength.

1. Put your self first. When you walk up in the morning take time of your busy schedule to meditate, and exercise. Don't forget to go outside and get a breath of fresh air.

2 Don't let fear factor into your decision making. Plan your day, and take action.

3. Embrace what scares you. Never give up on your dreams. Hang around people that will catapult you to the next level in life.

4. De-clutter your mind by writing down your thoughts.

5. Become your own best friend.
